In Episode 24 of Trigun
Vash rests in a seemingly peaceful town, thinking about Wolfwood and what to do next. The peace is interrupted by Midvalley the Hornfreak, who fights using his saxophone's sound waves. Midvalley isn't the only enemy involved, however, the town's people are being forced into danger by Legato's mental manipulations. Vash confronts Legato, who is more than ready to die by Vash's hands to push Knives' agenda.
