In Episode 19 of Trigun
With rumors of Vash surfacing once again, the Insurance company assigns Meryl to the mission of tracking him again, and she is eager to do so. Vash and Wolfwood travel to New Oregon where a feud is going on between the Polo and Fris families over a satellite facility. Meryl and Milly ride a sand steamer to New Oregon, when it is hijacked by the Fris family and crashed through town. The Fris gang captures a Polo son hostage; with the Polo leader away, Vash attempts to rescue him.
